- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the in:Five Beta Testing Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any other applicable policies or guidelines provided by in:Five.
- Program Offers
Participants in the Program may be eligible for a special promotional offer:
Offer: 30% off with a minimum spend of £1; limited to a maximum discount amount of £10 with £20 or more spent; capped at £40 total discount per customer per promotion period, and each promotion period will be from the 1st to the 31st of the month.
This offer is subject to change and may have additional terms and conditions.
- Eligibility
To be eligible for the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Agree to provide genuine feedback on your experience with the app, including bug reports, usability issues, and suggestions for improvement.
- Program Duration
The Program will run for a limited time as determined by in:Five. The company reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Exclusions from the Offer
Alcohol, tobacco and electronic products are excluded from the promotional offer. Discounts applied through the promotional offer will not be applicable to these products.
- Confidentiality
As a participant in the Program, you may have access to pre-release versions of the in:Five app, as well as other confidential information related to the app’s development. You agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from in:Five.
- Feedback and Intellectual Property Rights
By providing feedback, suggestions, or bug reports related to the Program, you grant in:Five a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your feedback for any purpose without any obligation to compensate you. You represent that your feedback is your original work and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, in:Five shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to any loss of data or damage to your device.
- Termination
in:Five reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. If your participation is terminated, you agree to cease using any pre-release versions of the in:Five app and destroy any copies in your possession.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where in:Five is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Changes to Terms
in:Five reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the in:Five website or app. Your continued participation in the Program after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
