in:Five Gesture Code Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This discount offer is valid exclusively for in:Five customers who have received a gesture code directly from the in:Five customer service team. Each code is unique, non-transferable, and linked to an individual account.
2. Promotional Period
Each code is valid for a limited time, subject to the discretion of the issuing party. The commencement and expiry dates are typically provided at the time of issuance. The applicable period and validity will be shown in the app during checkout.
3. Discount Details
The discount entitles eligible users to a one-time deduction on a qualifying order placed through the in:Five app. The minimum net order value to activate the code is £0.01.
4. Exclusions
This discount is not applicable to alcohol, tobacco products, and gadgets. These items will be charged at full price.
5. Usage
Each promo code may only be used once and must be applied manually at checkout. The code will not be reissued if lost or unused within the validity period.
6. Maximum Savings
The value of the discount is capped based on the assigned amount of the gesture code. The maximum value and savings will be clearly displayed in the app at the time of use.
7. Other Promotions
This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or promotional codes.
8. Order Modification
If an order is altered post-placement such that it no longer meets the minimum order value, the discount will become void and will not apply.
9. Returns and Refunds
In case of a return or refund, only the amount actually paid by the customer after the discount is applied will be refunded. The value of the discount is non-refundable.
10. App Finality
All applicable details, discount value, eligibility, and redemption status shown in the in:Five app are considered final.
11. Amendments
Shoalter Automation (UK) Limited, trading as in:Five, reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
12. Liability
Shoalter Automation (UK) Limited accepts no liability for losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use this discount code.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
14. Acceptance
By applying the gesture code and placing an order via the in:Five app, customers agree to these terms and conditions in full.
