1. Promotion Period: The in:Five Mystery Prize Giveaway (“Promotion”) runs from 14th March 2024, 00:00 GMT to 29th March 2024, 23:59 GMT.

2. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of in:Five, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion partners, and internet agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter:

   • Participants must submit their name and email address on the designated offer webpage to enter the Promotion.
   • Participants must follow the in:Five Instagram page (@infive.uk) to be eligible for the giveaway.

4. Prizes:

   • Instant Wins: All participants who claim their prize will receive an instant win prize, which consists of various discount codes applicable on selected products or categories (excluding Alcohol, Tobacco, and Gadgets). The specific discount and applicable products or categories will vary by participant. Notification of these wins will be sent to winners’ emails within 24 hours of claim.
   • Rolling Draws: There are two main rolling draws within the Promotion. Prizes for the first draw include electric toothbrushes, and the final grand prize draw offers an Apple HomePod Mini. Winners of the rolling draws will be selected at random.
     
     

5. Prize Draw Schedule:

   • First Rolling Draw: 21st March 2024
   • Final Grand Draw: 29th March 2024
   • Draws will take place at 12:00 PM GMT on the specified dates, with winners being announced and notified within 24 hours.

6. Winner Notification: Winners will be announced publicly via an Instagram story on the official in:Five page (@infive.uk) and notified directly via email. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. General Conditions:

   • By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
   • in:Five reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these Terms & Conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside in:Five’s control.
     
     

8. Data Protection: By entering, participants consent to the use of their submitted information for the administration of the promotion and for future marketing communications from in:Five. All personal data will be handled in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Governing Law: This Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
